DR. LEE BRAND JR.

Senior Pastor

Lee E. Brand, Jr. was born to Lee and Sandra Brand, Sr. on July 1, 1979. He grew up in Nettleton, MS and graduated from Nettleton High School in 1997. He came to faith in Christ around the age of 13 years old after being challenged in a sermon to consider where he would spend eternity. Lee gave his life to Christ and was freed from his sin. Lee accepted his call to Gospel ministry in the same year at the Good Hope M.B. Church of Shannon, MS. He attended Mississippi State University and earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Sciences while minoring in Human Development and Family Studies. Upon completing his bachelor’s work, Lee enrolled at Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary. There, he earned his Master of Divinity Degree in Pastoral Ministries in December 2008 and entered the Doctor of Philosophy Program in 2009. During his doctoral work, he concentrated his studies in Practical Theology while pursuing a dual minor in Theology and New Testament Studies. Lee graduated from the doctoral program in December 2013. Lee has served in various ministry roles. He served as pastor of Beth-el Missionary Baptist Church in Starkville, MS from January 1, 2002 until June 30, 2019. His time at Beth-el was a special time of growth and ministry development for both he and the church. Lee transitioned to a new role and served as Dean of the Seminary and Vice President of Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary from 2019 until early 2022. The Lord used his time in leadership at Mid-America to stretch and grow him. Pastor Lee became Senior Pastor of Faith Baptist Church of Bartlett, TN in August 2022. The Lord worked in grace and sovereignty to bring him to this place of service at this moment in time. Pastor Lee anticipates all that the Lord will do through Faith as they prayerfully serve and exalt Christ together. After his relationship with the Lord, Pastor Lee glories in his relationship with his beautiful wife, Tiffany. They met at Mississippi State University when Tiffany was campaigning for the Homecoming Court and were married in 2003. They have five wonderful children. Their team consists of four great sons (Tré, Avery, Micah, and Matthew) and one beautiful daughter (Megan). Lee enjoys fatherhood and is grateful to be married to Tiffany, his biggest supporter and best friend.
