Glorious Ruin: How Suffering Sets You Free
Led by Dr. Rick Morton on Sunday afternoon at 4:45pm in Rm 207. In Glorious Ruin, best-selling author Tullian Tchividjian (Billy Graham's grandson) takes an honest and refreshing look at the reality of suffering, the ways we tie ourselves in knots trying to deal with it, and the comfort of the gospel for those who can't seem to fix themselves—or others. This is not so much a study about why God allows suffering or even how we should approach suffering—it is a study about the tremendously liberating and gloriously counterintuitive truth of a God who suffers with you and for you. It is a study, in other words, about the kind of hope that takes the shape of a cross.

Adoption Discovery

This group will help you explore topics like: "how to do a $0 adoption;" "what is a homestudy; adoption;" "what types are there?;" "medical & special needs: what you don't know;" and so much more. FaithWalk

FaithWalk Community of the MidSouth is a community of believers in the Lord Jesus Christ. We are a lay-led movement with active pastor(s) participation. We are a non-profit organization, and we actively seek the participation of people of all Christian denominations in our area. We are a part of a large group of 4th day communities spreading God's love and redemption throughout the United States and overseas. We actively seek a relationship with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ by participating in a weekend of living in Christian fellowship involving a combination of carefully developed activities and teachings which are meant to lead to a fuller personal commitment to Christ. The main teaching of Faith Walk is God's unqualified love for each of us through His grace. The Faith Walk movement endeavors to bring Christians to a closer, more personal walk with the Lord, Jesus Christ, and to encourage them to Christian leadership and action in their environments.
